Return Policy
Sewing machines cannot be returned once they've been purchased.
Fabric is non-returnable.
Notions, unopened can be returned or exchanged as long as you have a receipt.
Threads of Time will, of course, continue to service machines that have problems and treat fairly and equitably any flaw or quality issues on purchases.
Free Pattern Policy
Purchase a pattern for a quilt project, and on that same day purchase all the fabric required for the project, (including backings and bindings,) and you will receive your pattern FREE!
Applies to single patterns only.
Does not apply on books or Kwik-Sew garment patterns.
Pattern and fabric purchase must be made on the same day from Threads of Time.
Shipping Policies
Shipping comes with only two options and is shipped within 48 hours of puchase.
Ground Shipping: Up to $50 is $6.95, $51-$120 is $8.95, and $121 & up is free.
Next Day Express Shipping: $18.00
**If you are an international customer, you will be charged a different postage rate. Place your order. We will calculate the cost based upon your location and e-mail you with the total.
Announcements and Class Policies
We do have a microwave and a refrigerator. If you're coming straight from work, feel free to bring your lunch or dinner.
As our store evolves, we're adjusting our schedule to meet the needs and demands of our sewing community. Our evening hours will be consolidated into Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 7:30, and our classes will be held on those nights. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we'll stay open until 6:00.
Three or more students who pre-pay will guarantee that a class will make. Fewer students and the class will be cancelled.
Classes will follow the description presented in the schedule and are not open to individual modifications.
Anyone who has not yet signed up for club membership may do so on a rest-of-the-year basis.
If the store closes due to weather conditions, we will re-schedule the class. If, however, you can not make a class due to illness or personal scheduling difficulties, money cannot be refunded since our teachers still have to be paid. We need your support and appreciate very much your continued patronage in purchasing all your supplies at Threads of Time.
Kits are packaged as economically as possible and guarantee that you'll have the supplies your instructor has deemed necessary for your learning and success. Registration in a class which is "pre-kitted" implies that you will also purchase the kit.
Seats in each class are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you call in by telephone to reserve a spot and send in a check, we will send you a copy of the supply list.
